Objectives:

• To document elevations of notable view breaks such as: clearing adjacent buildings, significant landmarks or scenic viewpoints (views of river, bridge, ocean, mountain, hillside, skyline, etc.).

• To comprehensively document panoramic views and context of the “6AM” site.

• To gauge both prime and challenged views for future interior and exterior planning considerations based on the preliminary concept.

• To compile images that may be used for predevelopment planning, marketing renderings, and also represent views during sales.
